“Operations Engineering” means specifying, evaluation, acquisition, commissioning, operation, management, inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, development and disposal of vehicles and fixed, mobile and removable machinery, plant, equipment and systems, and all activities related or incidental to any of them.
