- What are the expectations of a mentor?
Mentors are expected to share experience, provide constructive guidance, maintain confidentiality and commit to regular communication throughout the mentoring period.
- Can I take part as both a mentor and a mentee?
Yes. Some members choose to mentor in one area of expertise while seeking mentorship in another stage of their professional journey.

The Mentorship Programme is included as part of SOE membership, with no additional cost to participate.
