I wanted to write a note to briefly tell you how chuffed I am with the outstanding service I received. Not only do I now have a new, shiny, parse-perfect CV and an optimised LinkedIn profile but, also, I have had the most thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding time with Helen. She 'got me' from the word go and, believe me, I am not all that 'getable' in terms of coherent career trajectories. She bravely slashed her way through my War and Peace-like history of gainful employment, curtailed my rambling case studies and polished my ranging presentation into a slick offering. In short, I am one happy customer.
