This category of membership with reduced annual subscription is normally restricted to members who have been in membership for a minimum of 1 year and are not earning over £7500.00 per annum. The Council of the Society must ensure that the total number within this category does not exceed a pre-determined ratio.

Members granted retired status may continue to use the Society post nominal letters will  receive the normal service but are ineligible to transfer to a higher class of membership. Until the decision of the Council is formally notified the full annual membership subscription and any professional registration renewal fees due on 1 January, within any year, are payable.

I wish to apply for this category of membership with a reduced annual subscription and registration fee. I confirm that I am no longer in salaried employment and if I resume any form of gainful employment I will immediately inform the Society.
