Based at 22 Greencoat Place in London, the 20+ strong staff team manages day to day operations of the Society, as well as putting plans in place to enact the Trustee Board's strategic direction and the annual business plan. We are known for our professional, yet friendly member focused service, and proud of the fact that we know the membership. Pam leads SOE's finance team, is responsible for our annual audit, and works to make sure SOE's finances are in good stead. Pam's previous membership experience includes working as Financial Controller at the Oriental Club.

Robin leads on SOE's CPD approval scheme, manages our academic panel and approved courses, and has overall responsibility for our relationship with Engineering Council. Robin has a wealth of knowledge around qualifications and standards management, having previously worked at CIBSE and RTPI.

Francis leads on and manages SOE's corporate partnership scheme, bringing in new members and registrants from them. He also makes sure that SOE has good relations with our irtec centres. Francis has previously worked in similar roles for a range of charities, most recently the Suzy Lamplugh trust.

Ol is responsible for the growth of SOE's membership base and professional registration with Engineering Council and Society for the Environment. He leads on our customer service process, and is also responsible for managing the Membership and Professional Standards Committee. Ol has been at SOE for over ten years and is trusted by the membership to deliver great service.
